So far it’s incredible, I love the size of the rooms I love the beds and restroom. Pool is great workout is great , staff is really nice , like for real nice. I just hope we didn’t do anything to lose our incidentals. (Traveling with kids )
Overall, this is a well-kept facility. Easy to park and navigate the entrance/lobby. Desk attendant was both personable and professional. Our room was spacious. My husband and I really liked having two king sized beds in our room. That was definitely a bonus for enabling us to relax and recuperate from driving through torrential rainfall. Definitely recommend this establishment if in the area.
It is truly impressive how dedicated and caring the hotel team is towards their guests. Special thanks to Mr. Pat. His helpfulness and enthusiasm really stood out. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized.
Overall I would stay at this hotel again. The lobby was very nice and for the most part the hotel room was clean. There were only a few issues my group ran into with this hotel. First the pull out bed had an extremely thin mattress and we were not provided the bedding for it either. There were also a few stains on the carpet. The breakfast was nice, there were warmed Cinnamon rolls, pancakes, egg white omelettes, biscuits and gravy, and sausage along with a few fruits. Overall, other than those few things it was a pretty good stay.
Very clean room with lovely white bed linens and great pillows. The breakfast featured Egg White Veggie Omelets! Yay so much better than the usual scrambled egg choice. There were a lot of people spending the night but it never seemed crowded or loud. Parking lot had plenty of well lit spaces.
Clean rooms, good pool area, the guy running breakfast this morning did a great job, he had everything clean and really took pride in providing the best possible breakfast experience! Breakfast needs to open earlier than 7 am . Single fresh cup coffee dispenser was great!
I had such a great experience! Vicki at the front desk was phenomenal and so kind to my toddler. Rooms were very clean, pool was well maintained, and breakfast was good! When I come to visit Indy again, I'll definitely be staying here.
Easy to get to, brief stay of 7 hrs so didn't get to use any amenities, a bit expensive but very satisfied with my experience, front desk person was friendly and helpful.
